Soul Portrait Workshop

By reserving your spot in the Soul Portrait Workshop, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment
Your spot is officially reserved once full payment has been received. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund up to 72 hours (3 days) before the start of the workshop.
Cancellations made after that point are non-refundable, as it may be too late to fill your spot.

If you are unable to attend, you may also transfer your booking to someone else. Just email me in advance with their name and contact info.

3. Workshop Changes or Cancellation by Organizer
If the workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by me for any reason, you will receive a full refund or be offered the option to transfer to a future session.

4. Liability
By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing and creative process. This is a safe space for exploration, and I encourage respectful, mindful participation.

5. Materials Provided
All materials needed for the session are included unless otherwise specified. If you need to bring anything, you’ll be notified in advance via email.

6. Age Requirement
This workshop is intended for participants aged 16 and above.

7. Respectful Environment
This is a space for creative and soulful exploration. Any discriminatory, disruptive, or harmful behavior will not be tolerated, and anyone violating this may be asked to leave without a refund.

8. Media & Documentation
By attending, you consent to any photos or videos taken during the session being used for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let me know before the workshop begins.
