A workshop to let go, tune in and connect with our highest self. To paint from a space of total surrender and to meet ourselves where we are.
Creativity as practice
In this workshop, you'll learn tools to help you tap into your soul's deepest creativity and bring it into form.
No art experience is needed, just a love for creative expression.
We'll explore how to let go of control over thoughts and emotions while creating.
By tuning into your intuition, you'll learn to channel your highest self into your reality.
What to expect
A group of 10 people diving into the creative pool of our souls.
We will start with a introduction, followed by grounding ourselves with some yoga, and then diving into our canvases.
You will be taught how to find that thread of creativity within you, and how to move with your natural flow.
Ending with an integration circle where we share where our journey has taken us. The workshop is estimated to last 3h.
